•Advisement and management services call upon the experience and expertise of over 30 years of high end residential remodeling, construction and restoration.    This experience includes an extensive knowledge of, and working relationships with, the best tradesmen and suppliers in the area.    Knowing whom to call, the quality of their work, their rates, dependability, and warranty procedures are critical factors in the success of any project.

•Advisement and management services are performed at the request of a homeowner in relation to a major construction project.

๏We act as the homeowner’s representative in the selection of a general contractor or subcontractor

๏We provide project management or oversight for the homeowner’s project.

•Services are performed on an hourly basis.  Invoices with supporting detail are submitted to the homeowner on a regular and timely basis. 

•All payments to contractors, subs and suppliers, including sales taxes, are made directly by the homeowner to the contractors, subs and suppliers in a reasonable, fair and agreed upon schedule.

•Note:  Advisement and project management services are distinct and separate from Geometra Home Inspections. 

            Under the NACHI Code of Ethics, member inspectors, following a performed home inspection, are barred from acting as contractors for homeowners as a clear conflict of interest, for a period of one year.   (See NACHI Code of Ethics, Section 1. Duty to the Public, No. 11..)
